Engaging Employees to Give Back

Peabody has programs in place to convert our employees’ good deeds into even greater impact.  

Dollars for Doers is a Peabody community outreach program that encourages employees to give of their talent and personal time through volunteering. All part-time, full-time, represented and non-represented employees, globally, may request up to a USD$1,000 company donation toward an eligible non-profit or its foreign equivalent, based on up to 40 volunteer hours invested with organizations each calendar year.

Peabody also offers a Matching Gifts program to amplify employees’ personal contributions to eligible non-profit organizations or their foreign equivalent. All part-time, full-time, represented and non-represented employees, globally, may request up to a USD$5,000 company match each calendar year.

Peabody’s generous employees are also involved in a number of fundraising activities, allocating thousands of dollars every year into our communities from "Employee Community Funds." And many of Peabody’s interns “adopt an agency” each summer, performing hours of Team Peabody community service.
