Peabody Energy's Operations Associate Program is a great starting point for your career. We want college graduates who are ready to take on responsibility and put ideas into practice.
With three rotations of six to eight months each, Operations Associates (OAs) gain hands-on experience at mining operations. Working side-by-side with seasoned pros, you will use some of the most sophisticated technologies and equipment systems in the industry to maintain world-class operations.
