Peabody Position Statement on U.S. Government Taking Steps to Preserve the Nation’s Fleet of Coal-Fueled Generation
In response to steps the U.S. Government is taking to preserve the nation’s fleet of coal-fueled generation, Peabody issued the following statement:
Peabody continues to be encouraged by the administration and its recognition of the important role that coal plays in the energy portfolio through affordable, reliable and resilient baseload power while meeting environmental goals.
